Skyler Glaser

is a designer and artist located in Brooklyn, NY. Proficient in various arts and crafts techniques, sewing construction, pattern making, and administrative work, she mainly works in assisting and design. Graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with a BFA in Theatre with a Concentration in Costume Design and a minor in Sociology, in May 2020. She has received Honorable Mention for Best Costume Design for Eclipsed at the Southeastern Theatre Conference (2020), adjudicated by Gregg Barnes, Best Costume Design for Ada and the Engine for VCU’s Student Alliance Laboratory Theatre (2020), and nominated for Outstanding Costume Design of First Night Honors (2022) for both Rent and School Girls; or the African Mean Girls Play. She is currently designing Fiddler on the Roof for Yale Dramat opening this November 2023
